Stocky's Juniors Report
I have not heard of any juniors/smallfry’s capturing or tagging any fish for September.
Please don’t forget to send details of all small fry and junior captures and/or tag and releases to Tim via email to stocky@aanet.com.au or 0428 642 392. Photos and stories would be appreciated.
If you have not already done so, could you please complete the Entry Forms for the Junior National Tournament for all Juniors and Smallfrys and return them to the Club Secretary in order for us to process them. There is no need to send any payment as the Fishing Club have obtained a sponsor for all Juniors / Small Fry’s to enter this Tournament.
Congratulations Jack on winning the Game Fishing Association of Australia – “Tom Roche Trophy - Junior National Tournament State Champion - Small Fry Angler Captures Victoria”. Jack also won the Game Fishing Association of Victoria – “Terry Mattingley Trophy - Junior Heaviest Gamefish Victorian Waters” for his capture of a 35kg Mako on 10kg line. Jack is pictured receiving the plaques from Garry Oates on behalf of the GFAA and GFAV.
